Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the TBM Matrimony website (hereafter referred to as “TBM” or “the platform”). By accessing, registering, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Website

TBM provides an online platform for Telugu Brahmin individuals and families to find matrimonial alliances. TBM acts only as an intermediary, as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not guarantee or participate in any marriage contracts or arrangements.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (for females) or 21 years (for males).
  • You are legally competent to enter into marriage under Indian laws.
  • You are not prohibited from using TBM under any applicable laws.

3. User Registration and Responsibility

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not impersonate or create profiles for anyone else without authorization.
  • You must not upload misleading, obscene, or defamatory content.

4. Nature of Service

TBM is not a broker, agent, or marriage bureau. It is a matchmaking platform enabling users to connect for potential marriage alliances. All communication and follow-up is solely at users’ discretion.

4A. Availability of Matches

The availability of matrimonial profiles on TBM is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. TBM does not guarantee the availability of specific matches at any time. Profiles may be modified, deactivated, or withdrawn by members at their own discretion. TBM acts only as an intermediary and does not control or influence the matchmaking outcome.

5. Communication with Members

TBM allows communication between users via interest requests, phone, and WhatsApp (for paid members). TBM does not screen or monitor these interactions.

6. Paid Membership

Users may purchase paid plans to access contact details or send interest messages. All paid services are optional and non-refundable once used.

7. Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant TBM a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your profile as needed for matrimonial matching.

8. Suspension or Termination

TBM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You provide false information
  • Your profile is reported for abuse, spam, or misconduct

9. Limitation of Liability

TBM does not verify every profile or guarantee the accuracy of information. It shall not be liable for:

  • Any false representations made by users
  • Failed or fraudulent matrimonial alliances
  • Financial or emotional losses
  • Any cybercrime incidents committed by users

10. Data Retention and Privacy

Your data will be retained only as long as necessary for providing services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Governing Law
